Double charge for goods purchased

On Wednesday I made a purchase to the value of R79.70. As I was busy with credit card payment and authorization accepted by the card machine, the till shut down. I was told that the transaction did not go trough and that we need to repeat the procedure. Later far afternoon I went online to check. I saw that a double transaction was made. Went back to the store to enquire The supervisor Johanna phoned and I was told that one of the transactions will be reverted within. 24 hrs . I accepted thus and left . This morning 48 hrs after my first complaint I drew a statement and saw that a duplicate deduction did go through..... I then went back to quiry this, spoke to Johanna again while she was surrounded by 4 other supervisors . One made a comment in her own language. After I told her that I understand what she said she stormed off mumbling words. I called unto the manager, Lwanndo Matiwane. He also phoned around and came with all different stories and excuses. My patients was at ghost point drawing very thin. I demanded my money back and was given the option of a money voucher. I declined and started raising my voice. Only then a quick solution was found. I find this unacceptable
