I purchased a Wine of the Month club subscription for my dad for his birthday present. After 2 months I decided to cancel it.
I was billed for the 3rd month of the subscription, despite cancelling the account and the wine was delivered.
I have followed up every day this week (week of 20 December) to ensure that I am refunded and that I get a simple email to the effect that this has been cancelled. I am still waiting on the email.
The customer service up front was fantastic but trying to cancel your account is nightmareish.
This is the last time I will ever use them and will never recommend Wine of the Month Club to anyone.
SO FRUSTRATING!
