REFUND GONE WRONG AFTER FALSE ORDER

So... homemark incorrectly debited our account for an order that we did not place, last week Wednesday - an amount of R2999.99 - they apparently where fast on making the refund, however the debit was made using a debit card number (not a credit card) so the card has a different number to the account - to make a payment back into the account they have to pay into the debit card account number (different to the card number)...

So where is the money? Well - apparently it takes 5 days for it to reflect in our account - and FNB is saying that it wont reflect, Homemark is saying that it will.. tick tock - Monday we will see..
