MY CREDIT CARD FOR GOODS NOT ORDERED

My mother placed an order in early January and used my credit card. Almost a month later I received 2 sms's on my phone that Homemark was taking money from my credit card. I immediately called my mother who knew nothing about any orders or purchases except for the initial purchase.

She called Homemark who were going to get back to us. About 2 weeks ago a courier arrived at our home with Pots and a Digitial Camera. We did not accept derlivery and told the driver to return the items.
About a week later a lady called my mother enquiring why she was returning the stock and, my mother then told her that I was very unhappy about the money out of my account and that she had never placed the order. The lady got upset and dropped the call in my mothers ear. I then called Homemark back and insisted that they reverse the transaction. The lady told me that they will have to first see if the received the stock back and apologised for the unprofessional manner in which my mother was treated.
It is now a week later, I called today was told that they have no notes that I called & I can hv an exchange for something! else. I want my money back in my card & Homemark to remove my details.
