The team at Takealot was so efficient and helpful. I made a purchase for shipping, but had to change the delivery address the next day. The ladies in the call center communicated via email and calls, confirming change off delivery address and day of delivery. The courier service, Mr Delivery Express, that Takealot used for delivery of my package was in contact a few times until I received my package. They advised that the package will be delivered the Thursday, but I explained that it was urgent and I needed it the Wednesday. Everyone that I spoke to went out of their way to make it happen.
