BEST Service from [URL Removed] and Call Centre Age

I ordered a product from [URL Removed] on Tuesday 7 Jan 2014. Upon payment I received an confirmation of payment email and the email stated my product would be delivered that Friday, 10 Jan.

On Wednesday morning I received another email stating the delivery date will be Monday, 13 Jan. I called the call centre to ask if I could rather pick up the item because I needed it urgently.

I spoke call centre agent, Angelique who said she will contact me right back with feedback. Within 30 she phoned me back to say the item has been sent to the courier service and that someone will contact me. She also said my item will be delivered by Friday 10 Jan.

Aprox 3 hours after Angelique phoned me, someone from the courier co phoned to confirm my address and by 14:00 yesterday my item was delivered. I would just like to thank [URL Removed] for their outstanding service, especially Angelique who went the extra mile to ensure the speedy delivery of my item only a day after my purchase was made.
