Good Day,
On the 6th December 2013 Baverley, the manager from Edgars Red Square - Fourways confirmed a credit on my account for R1000-00. She was unable to supply me with written confirmation, she confirmed that she could see it in my account so I should take her word for it.
I went to Edgars Northgate yesterday to make a payment, they told me that my account was in arrears and should go to the Fourways branch to resolve as they were initially assisting with the credit to my account that doesnt appear anywhere.
What is going on as went to the store yesterday and I am still awaiting feedback. I lodged a complaint on Twitter and Facebook. I am still waiting for someone to contact me.
This is affecting my payment profile on ITC. I require this resolved immediately.
