I have received the worst service from your Truworths store at Kenilworth Centre
I wanted a jacket in the store, but my size was not available
I was told to open an account to be able to get the jacket from another branch, which i did, 02/12/13.
A week later the jacket arrived but the size was incorrect
I was then told that they would arrange an express delivery which would take a -2 days
I went into the store today to follow up on my order 18/12/13, only to discover that my request was still not Processed
No Follow up from your store
What a waste of time
This is one account that I would need to close ASAP
