Im disappointed in the service i have received from this store they advertise so well but cannot live up to their promisses i bought furniture for my mother and within 6 months of having these couches the leather started pealling off i complained at the store and was promised someone will come and collect them and deliver a new set this has been going for months on end with no joy as the customer i have been going up and down taking picture to the branch i bought the furniture from but no one has the decensy to even help me im irritated everytime i see Connie Ferguson advertise on tv as to how great this shop is and yet ill be spending christmas with old but new couches and an unhappy mother im not pleased to be associated with this store at all
