I went there to return my 7month old stockings the store manger told me that they cannot refund me cause it is treated as underware, so I got furious cause they were still sealed. She hardly wore them. So I told him if he won't refund them he can keep them cause I don't have any use for them then he claimed I am insulting him" I mean is there any vulgur word there. Then he started telling my Husband what a bad and rude wife he has and that I must watch out that whatever I say must not come back to me. Then my husband told him he does not appreciate him making threats towards me.he then called all cashiers which I assume he was telling them never to serve us. I was so dissappointed with the guys back chatting at me a customer? We all know the basis of customer service that u never answer a customer in a bad way no matter how rude they are. And him telling me about hygiene of an infant item that was hardly worn, was total customer disrespect.
