We stay in Thabazimbi, Limpopo and my holster shoe's buckle broke! I contacted Fashion Brands in Natal on 10 December 2013 to find out how and if they can repair it. Yes they can! I just need to send both shoes to them and they will fix it for FREE! I explained to them that we are leaving for holiday and I need them back as soon as possible. Salome said I must send them to her and she will attend to them herself. I couriered them to her, I paid R89 tho them to enable them to send them back to me via courier, on 10 Dec and got them back on 13 December, with a packet of extra buckles!
Salome is friendly, helpful and keeps her word!
