Hi, we did a fashion delivery for a shoe in November 2013. This item was found and charged to my account. However, we never got a call from the Cresta branch to state that the item reached the store. I called Head Office in December to ask that this charges be reversed as we no longer required the shoe as we never got it. This has not been done to date & furthermore, we did not even get any call regarding the whereabouts of the shoe. I request that this charge be urgently reversed and all interest accrued against this purchase.
