Kids Xmas Gifts Bought 3/12/13 No Delivery Xmas

I bought 2 toys for children from [URL Removed] on Tuesday 3/12/13. They were not delivered. I received an email from [URL Removed] informing me that delivery would only be on 20/12/13 - three weeks after purchase. I tried to get in touch to get an understanding of the reasons for the delay, but was met with extremely long periods of holding on the phone (20 - 30 minutes each time) with no resolution each time. When I emailed to try to get an explanation, I received no response to my email query. I finally got through on the phone to Michael Fernandes, the supervisor. I explained to him that I purchased the toys as children's Christmas presents on 3/12 and the rest of the situation. He undertook to get directly in touch with the supplier and have the gifts overnighted to me by Tuesday 17th December at [URL Removed] own cost. Then I got email notification from [URL Removed] to say that the children's Christmas presents would be delivered on the 27/12/13!!! SERIOUSLY???
What kind of operation are you running??? Now I'm being told that the toy I bought might be out of stock. But at the time I bought it I called the check that it was available - and it was.
