Incorrect Products Delivered

Having received a R75 voucher via MY School I decided to do my first purchase with [URL Removed] I proceeded to purchase two items on 21.03.2013 with estimated delivery of 10 April 2013. Even though I needed the products sooner I decided to purchase on [URL Removed] to determine how efficient it was relative to [URL Removed] where I often purchase. Kalahari delivered my parcel today, 5 days earlier than advertised but with someone else's products!!! I am so irritated and disappointed right now, despite frequent contact with the call centre they have not delivered my product today and I am sitting with toys for a cat (that I don't have) and a R99 CD!!! To top it all I get a generic email from Kalahari this afternoon informing me they will collect the incorrect parcel but I will have to wait at least another 14 days for my product / refund. I want the product (because I have waited so long) and I want it today!!! Will definitely think twice, if at all, about utilising the services of [URL Removed] and will be sure to share my experience with all!!
