After I received a voucher to buy on Kalahari, after a very long time (I can remember why...), I decided to buy 2 toys for each of my children. these toys were available immediately and I bought them on Monday, 25 Nov, after which they said I will get it the latest 28th. I tracked the order and it was sent to the delivery company on Tuesday morning already at 8, after which I thought - WOW, but unfortunately, the 28th came AND past... Phoned 29th and they said it wont be delivered today...??? AFTER i got an e-mail confirmed to me that it will be done the 28th as well as on my profile. Now, its Friday and I have to wait till Monday? A whole week for something that should have been done within 48 hours? This is really unacceptable and I guess that's why I have been so happy with [URL Removed] and will take all of my shopping there...! As usual. Service is much better with them.
