I am disgusted at Customs of the Post Office. I had christmas presents sent to my children from their aunt in USA and when I picked it up today at Bothasig Post Office the one box was very light. On opening it we found all the contents had been removed and the empty boxes wrapped up and put back not even worrying about the torn Christmas wrapping. So let me ask this question does customs not have camera's in their work place to make sure this does not happen, apparently not as I am a single mom and to see the horror and sadness on my children's face has made me angry and upset that Customs and the Post office employ people with obvious criminal nature. How dare those people take what is not theirs and make it an unhappy Christmas for my children, how dare they get away with this. This is happening on a daily basis and Customs and the Post Office do absolutely nothing to curb or stop it. Shame on you as a company offering a service while your employees blindly from the people who entrust their parcels to you to be safely delivered to their loved ones. I am disgusted and angry and will not leave it here, I will find a way to make Customs accountable for this.
