I placed an order for xmas gifts through [URL Removed] I checked that the products would be delivered in time for xmas only to receive an email from them to say that I will only receive my delivery on the 07th JANUARY!!! They have obviously not prepared for the orders that they would receive over this period and are making false promises to clients regarding delivery on their website so they dont loose the order. Beware, if you cancel your order because of the false information, you will wait 7 working days for a refund. I have been promised feedback and no surprise that I have made all the follow up calls since then. I am frustrated and tired of companies taking advantage of consumers over this period and demand that management at Kalahari contact me with a solution.
