[URL Removed] made my shopping experience utterly horrible. I ordered gifts for my daughter, 4 weeks prior to her birthday. Enough notice to receive all my items on time. I took advantage of [URL Removed] 4 toys for the price of 3 promotion. My 1st parcel arrived a week later. A week before my daughter's birthday, I contacted [URL Removed] to enquire as to why I had not received the 3 remaining parcels. They informed me that the parcels were running late and I would only receive them after my daughter's birthday. I was upset. I then had to purchase my daughter other gifts so that she could have something on her birthday, in a traditional shop, queues and all but I got exactly what I wanted. The week after my daughter's birthday I then received the 2nd of the 4 parcels. I also received an email saying that [URL Removed] was unable to get 2 of my 4 items that I ordered and would have to cancel it. My free item that I ordered along with the advertised special, suddenly fell away. All I got from [URL Removed] was a sorry. Sorry doesn't give me back the time that I lost, my daughter's disappointment, or the free item I never got. Going to a physical shop is still the best way to go!
