Phoned and booked with whirlpool service center on 17 October 2013 for a microwave repair and still waiting. Everytime i phone i am told the technician will come tomorrow. i am sick and tired of false promises. Now i regret buying a kitchen full of whirlpool appliances. STOP ADVERTISING being opened from 1918 When they DONT have a clue about customer service. Need to know if they want to honour their products or not.
