Delivery being pushed back

Hi there

I ordered items on the 9th December and my expected delivery was dated for 27th December. I now logged in to find out that it has now been pushed to the 31st of December. Which it probably wont arrive then either.

These items are Christmas presents so to start off with the 27th was already a push. Why when ordering it says 9 days for delivery and then once you have clicked all payments and confirmed your order the date shifts to so late.

This is rather pathetic.

I'd like some clarity on this process. Are we not meant to complain because delivery is free?
