Poor service

Third week of October I was called by Megan from Siyaya stating that they would help me with debt review. I didn't have a problem with my accounts but her marketing to help me better my finace, I agreed. She took down my details stating that she would contact my creditors and that was it. Third week of November I enquired by calling them and I was told Tashline was my new portfolio Manager and she again confirmed she would call my creditors and I'd have a fixed amount that I'm paying. She promised to send me documents to sign and assured me that my creditors would not deduct from my bank and if they did her company would tell them to reimburse me. The last time I heard from her was on the 19th of November. Until my accounts got debited and when I went to the bank for help they told me that my identity card has been restricted by debt counsellors of which Tashline never told me that they would block me and I never signed anything towards that. When I inquired with her via email on the 27th she said she would get back to me, only on the 11th I requested cancellation, she then responded asked for my Identity number and said they would cancel. But I'm still restricted. What poor service
