Ordered two items in plenty of time for Christmas delivery. Kalahari confirmed item to be delivered 12 December, other on 17 December. Item due 17 December still not here this morning. Called call centre, lady said she would investigate and come back to me. Didn't. Called again this afternoon. Spoke to Bradley smith (pleasant). Told me no chance of getting delivery by Christmas. Cancelled order. Now have to shop to replace item. Defeats the entire object of ordering on line. I look forward not only to a refund of money paid, but compensation for petrol, parking, phone calls and distress.
