I Placed an order for 2 items on [URL Removed] on Dec 5th, expected delivery date was 17th December, however on my order on the website the actual delivery date the goods was sent was the 12th December.
I have yet to receive the delivery, I have called the customer care line numerous times and each time a consultant promises to get back to me and fails to do so. This type of service is disgusting.
The goods I ordered were to be a Christmas gift for someone, it is now the 21st of January and Christmas is long gone!
The order number was Parcel 1 (a1001040486)
