Second incident of no delivery

I ordered a game for my nephew for Christmas on the 26th of November. The expected delivery date was the 13th of December. The call center advised me to cancel my order, because there's no way it will be in time for Christmas, because Kalahari never contacted the supplier.

A similar incident occurred when I pre-ordered a CD on the 31st July.By 10 October it was still not delivered, resulting in me canceling the order. Through an extremely frustrating process I was eventually reimbursed.

This is really bad service. I would not advise anybody to do business with [URL Removed] They do not keep up their end of the deal and respond very defensively when asked to reimburse you for items they don't plan on delivering.
