Lying in advertisement

I have been twice in the Dionwired store that opened in Cavendish. I was told in store about trading inn old ipods, ipads and laptops for a voucher. I found that its advertised on the internet and Dion pamphlets. When i got to the store, I was told that I cannot trade in any of my devices because the staff was not yet trained to deal with trade inns and would only receive it January, i was also told that other stores also did not receive training. I only went for that special, it was already an inconvenience for me driving to the store, costing petrol and parking money. The staff still told me i MIGHT be able to trade it at Tygervalley, if i had to go their, it would of cost me even more time and money. I would appreciate if you change you're advertising because you're marketers are intentionally lying to the customers knowing that no store actually provide this special yet and this would also save other customers the trouble
