I bought a e-cigarette at this shop, I bought it because I wanted to quit the habit. I only had it for a month and then it didn't want to work anymore. I took it back to the store. The lady at the till told me that there was a no return policy, but nobody told me on the day of my purchase and there is no signs in the store thatare indicating you of a no return policy. Each time i am in mimosa i go back to the store with a different excuse..Still I got no answer from them and that was 5 months ago. Now I am stuck with no e-cigarette and no R500.
