My experience with Dion wired was really unpleasant; a simple transaction was made into countless trips to the store without satisfaction. On delivery of my product I was informed there still an error in paper work and I need to come back to the store.
If you truly value your customers, I highly suggest you teach your customer service representatives how to deal with people.
o The manor and tone of the manager was one of rudeness and arrogance
o The service was not carried out with the necessary skill
o The supplier did not have necessary skill to provide the service
o The service was not carried out with due care and diligence
It is safe to say I will never be purchasing another one of your products. I should have read through all the complaints against Dion wired before making a purchase. Lesson learnt!
