I recently purchased a new high end 55' Tv that was on special.
the same evening I found out that it was R1500 cheaper at Makro.
I went back to the store the next day for additional items that I had ordered.
I told the saleslady about the Makro special.
She tells me they have a price beat policy.
The consultant went onto the Internet and printed the Makro special, she then called the manager who told me they will refund the price difference because they have a Price beat guarantee.

this refund of R1500 was immediately carried out on my debit card.
I was shocked by the professional and friendly attitude from all the staff concerned.

I will definitely continue to support this branch moving forward.
