Bad attitude

I was disgusted by Noxolo's attitude and customer service. I go to game on a weekly basis to get my baby's food and nappy supply but was never treated like I was by the above mentioned agent. On that day a customer that was standing in front of me bought a blackberry phone on special however there was a mistake that the customer only wanted one device and not two. Noxolo send the customer back to customer service but didn't' mention that she's waiting for a supervisor to correct the error. I waited about five minutes for a supervisor with also such a bad attitude. The supervisor even went as far as saying the customers "ya dina" whatever that means in Zulu. When it was my turn to pay after waiting 5minutes Noxolo didn't greet or ask how I am paying, I had to give my debit card after no word what so ever from her. When I had to sign the slip she just slapped the pen and slip down and continue talking to her rude supervisor laughing. I never feel like going to southgate game anymore, I would rather travel as far as Eastgate where I get top service (no matter my race or amount of money I spend). Game Southgate please train your operators and supervisors.
