I would like to express my disappointment with Game stores in Cresta.
My cell phone was from my hand bag in Game 3 weeks ago.
There were two ladies that bumped me &made it look like the isle was crowed, after 15 minutes later I realised it may not been by accident. I looked in my baby's nappy bag &found my cell phone gone.
The nappy bag was on my shoulder as I was pushing the pram. I reported this to the cashier she waited awhile till the supervisor comes and then she said she is sorry and she helped me call Vodacom to black list my phone which was a contract. We waited almost half an hour to speak to the manager as he was busy on his phone. I decided to walk to him and wait expecting him to be sympathetic and say next time we will keep a look out in case it does not happen to anyone. To my disappointment he didn't even ask me any questions, no apologies nothing, he just heard what i said &didn't respond. I waited awhile &still nothing. All he said is we don't keep cameras in the store, &he walked away assisting other customers. Is this the way managers run their store &assist client. I took my contract from Game Cresta & no apologies at all pathetic service
