On Saturday 2013-08-10 at 10:30 I went to buy 3 items from Game East Rand Mall the total was R70-00 . When I got to the till I only had a R200 note and the cashier asked if I had any smaller I apologised as I did not have. She called her Supervisor who was sitting on a closed till filling in paper work at first she ignored her than come with an attitude saying that why do people come with R200-00 so early in the morning in a more ruder way maybe thinking I did not understand what she said. I am in retail myself and always make sure that my cashiers have change before they start their shift as most ATMs only give R200 notes with withdrawals lately and Game being a bigger company would think they would do the some. So it feels if you a smaller customer at Game East Rand Mall you are unable to purchase there. It used to be my favourite Game but after this experience I will never go back there and maybe to Game as a whole ever again. I am not one to complain but really was shocked at the rudeness of the Supervisor.
