I went into the game Clearwater looking for a gas heater, I saw a login heater priced at 699 and a gold air heater priced at 749. I then took the gold air gas heater to pay for it and at the teller the lady scanned it and it wAs priced at 899. I then told her that the shelf price is 749, she then told me that I should show the supervisor and they will charge me the price on the shelf, I then showed the supervisor the shelf price, she then called Israel who I was told is the store manager, he was very rude and insistent, I then showed him where the price indicated 749 and he says that the price for the heater is 899 and that is final, turning his back on me And walked away. I was so shocked by his attitude as I had every intention of paying the 899 until I was treated with so little regard. I have never complained about any customer service from any company ever! But I feel this needs to be brought to game head offices attention, I can only imagine the amount of business being lost by bad attitude and poor standards in customer service especially coming from the store manager! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I would rather do business with Makro from now on
