I was at game's kokstad branch yesterday looking for for a soccer table in the sports department, i asked an employee for assistance and he said he would go and find out, after waiting 20 minutes i went to the customer services desk to complain and the same sales assistant is standing there busy with another customer and after explaining my problem to the gentleman sitting behind the desk he simply tells me that the sales assistant is helping somebody else, not even an apology.by that point i was extremely upset and requested the head office phone number where the gentleman sitting behind the desk said he will give it to me and he turned and carried on with a goods collection slip. i waited another 5 minutes and walked out highly frustrated and upset. is this the great service that game now offers? am i getting such service from game kokstads staff and represantitives for previousy complaining about the pathetic service previously recieved or is it that the other customer got preference over me based on race? n here i thought that customer service worked on a first come first served basis.
