What a surprise, it's more than 15 days later and still no ebucks and Ebucks has no record of anything that's due to me... i have made numerous calls to the call centre asking to speak to manager and nobody calls me back. Kerri doesn't answer mails either. Will NEVER buy from Kalahari again.
