EBucks allocation Erro

I was very pleased last Saturday (2 Nov) morning to receive about 100000 ebucks from [URL Removed] thinking I had won the competition on my purchase! So on Saturday (2 Nov) and Sunday (3 Nov) my wife and I proceeded to start to spend our winnings. Today (5 Nov) I see a reversal of ebucks has gone through and that this was unfortunately a mistake and i am not a winner. I understand mistakes do happen but I find it unacceptable that there was no notification to your customers about the error that happened. Normally you (kalahari) are great with your customer service and outstanding with your contact to the customer.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this was handled and i find it very unfair to be led to believe i was a winner and now to be let down, with a negative balance of ebucks which would never have been the case as purchases would never have been made if i did not think i had won!
