This is my fourth Kalahari HP complaint for the same issue, not counting e-mails and phonecalls to them. I've been trying for 2 months to get a refund. Kerri keeps on making empty promises. On my Kalahari account is says that my refund is not pending anymore, but there is nou deposit made into my bank account. Kalahari should not be allowed to be in business. You are beyond vile in the way you treat your customers.
