I pre ordered Battlefield 4 early August on Kalahari. I used R350 worth of eBucks vouchers. I then cancelled the order (because its possible to be done on pre orders) - this was at the start of October. They then tell me my eBucks will be refunded into my account in 2-7 days. I am still waiting for my refund? I have followed up with numerous emails and screenshots but they just wont refund my ebucks. If this is the sort of service I get, then I dont think I will ever be using/recommend Kalahari to anyone in the future.
Another thing is that I get a mail from one call center person and they say it will be refunded to my eBucks account, then I get another mail saying they will credit a voucher to my account. Neither has TRANSPIRED!!!
Please sort this out!
