This agent shouldn't be employed at a "Customer Support" department because she lacks the skills. On the 6th September, I placed an order and paid with my EBucks. The EBucks were deducted but my order remained as "unpaid." On querying, I was told the EBucks had not been allocated and I had to PROVE that they were deducted. I sent my statement and after several calls I was sent an email by Elitza to say my EBucks would be put onto my Kalahari account as a credit - this was on the 16th September. As of today, I am YET to receive my credit. I've had to phone again and email again and hopefully this time, the lovely agent who I'm dealing with can assist me. At least he has communicated with me today!
