Incorrect Vodacom Contract Activated at CNA/Edgars

On Monday, December 9 2014, I approached the Game cellphone department at Cresta shopping centre after viewing the Vodacom cellular deals leaflet which advertised the Blackberry Z10 on a Smart S package for R199 p/m which included 75 anytime minutes, 200 free sms and 200 MB data. I was told that the store does not have any stock on the device as it is being discontinued. The salesperson informed me that CNA or Edgars do have stock. I promptly made my way to CNA at Cresta and was told that the contract specialist had already left for the day and will only be in at 5 PM. I viewed the deals offered by CNA and was glad to note that the identical deal as offered by Game was also offered by CNA i.e. Smart S for R199 p/m.

Tuesday morning, December 10, at 9 AM I made my way to CNA with all required documents only to be told that the contract specialist is still not in. However, I left all my documents and contact details along with the contract required at the cellphone desk. Later I was called by the specialist, Mr. Seblon, who confirmed with me personal details, etc. required for the signing of the contract...
