I paid a deposit for a bedroom suite in June 2013 as stock was not available at the time. Later I found the same suite for a cheaper price at a different UFO branch and asked for the return of my deposit from the Springfield branch. It has now been 6 months since that time and I have received no action on my request to get my deposit refunded. I was in contact with the store manager Paul who ensured me that the issue will be sorted out but I still have not received my money. This is totally unacceptable and in poor taste.
