Good day! My contract has expired and I found a new tenant to take over my shop! The new tenant took over the shop before my lease expired. Therefore there are no outstanding amounts to still be invoiced, yet I have still not received my deposit back, and when I have emailed requesting the deposit to be refunded I get no reply!!! There is no clause in my contract stating they can/will with hold my deposit for 3 months after expiration of contract and therefore I would like my deposit to be refunded immediately!!! Thank you.
