Today of all the days, after always making laybyes at this store. I was told we dont make laybyes if you dont have a id book. I told the cashier I always make the laybye just by giving all my details to the cashier..
Well I ask the cashier to search for my details on the system. She use my surname and found nothing on the system. Well thats it no id book no laybye shall be made or was made.
And for what reason is the id book is needed, incase you loose your receipt you can produce the id book. Well for your information the laybye can be taken out from your store with out producing the id. I mean anybody can take the laybye out. So what's the difference. Who walks daily with a Id book in this Gauteng after a month end.
