Whenever we visit the Woolworths at Menlyn Mall we receive bad service especially with the perfume and make up section.

Saturday was the final display of rudeness we could take. My mom asked a lady at the perfume section the price of their DKNY perfume, to which according to my mom she said it must be 900 and something, my mom asked her to please make sure, at that point i was walking towards them and unknowingly this sales lady rushed past me almost pushing me over, while mumbling in her own language, wa bora. I then asked to speak to her manager because of what i heard and the sales lady first saying she did not say that then saying she was saying it to her co-worker. I told her it is unfortunate then for her to speaking to her coworkers in that way. the manager just looked at us when we asked to speak to her and looked away, ignoring us.

I wonder why employees at this store feel that they do not need to provide customers with service. There are always ladies gathered at the perfume area ignoring customers while talking about their own stories and when you need help it is as if you disturbing them, ALWAYS.
