Perfume Gallery, clearwater.
I experienced unacceptable behaviour from a sales a person. I came to return a bottle of Alien perfume that i bought from my sister, who used to work here 5months ago. The perfume was hardly used, practically full. 9th November id placed the perfume in a pouch, upright in my handbag, when I took it out to use it, the bottle was completely empty. I asked the women to please replace the perfume because it had leaked. She said its not allowed.
I asked her for the price of the alien the perfume,
She mentioned that its one the expensive perfumes in the store and that family usually choose an expensive perfumebecause they get it for free. (hence I had a family member working here) She also mentioned that this is what her mother does.
I did not get the perfume for free. I paid for it on my sisters staff discount.
She then stated that any sale assistants may not buy products from the shop for others, Because the shop loses out on money.
I then confronted her about just mentioning she buys perfume for her mother on staff discount. She completely denied saying that.
This woman obviously needs to get her facts straight, and quit lying to custome
