I went to Woolworths, Zevenwacht Mall on 23/12/13. I bought 2 bottles of perfume but after leaving the store realised I was charged for 3. I returned for a refund I handed my 1 bottle of perfume to be scanned for the refund. I received my receipt but not the second bottle of perfume that I had already paid for. I had to return to the store from home for a second time. I laid a complaint and was phoned by someone to say video footage shows I left the store with 2 bottle of perfume. Till today no one has resolved my problem instead the store staff accuse me of. I left the store with 2 bottles of perfume the first time when I was charged for 3. The staff still have not resolved the issue even after I phoned them yesterday to get feedback and they informed me they would phone me back the same day. Bad service and lack of feedback! Roxanne
