I had the opportunity to be assisted by this great gentleman by the name of Mpho, I arrived at Incredible Connections to take out a laptop and this guy assisted me well, he recommended and presented the laptop that suits my needs, he knew what he was talking about, he was on par in terms of product knowledge and acknowledging the customer as well, dued to some reasons I was not unable to take out a laptop and the guy was empathetic. Wow Great Customer Service, Mpho's service was on par.
