YOU DONT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE

MY NUMBER 013 7730 661/0714270531 I bought a Channel Blue perfume. I'm not satisfied with the product because after some minutes of wearing it I or someone next to me can't feel that I'm wearing it like any other expensive perfume. I tried it to someone else same thing happened until I logged a concern to the Manager Annereen and she said I should bring it so that it can be sent to Channel for testing. I sent someone with the perfume but they said they are not going to send it to Channel because there's nothing wrong with it I asked why they said I should bring it now they are not sending it anymore and how do they know the perfume is fine. Salomie did not even want to listen to my story she was so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL when talking to me saying her word is final she is not going to send it or rather exchange it, she eventually HANGED the phone while talking to her. I was treated unfairly. She does not have customer service RESPECT IS A VALUE THAT SHE MUST POTRAY TO HER CUSTOMERS
