My account is in arrears with totalsport but I have made arrangement to pay, 2months back I was called by sales consultant as totalsport was offering me a monthly airtime with smses for a certain monthly fee & agreed but I was not told that my sim card will be changed from pre paid to contract & now since my account is in arrears I can log to my cel phone banking, cant recharge prepaid airtime, cant send smses, today I was sent funds via e-wallet but I cant use it - this is my sim card that I took before totalsport so please block your airtime till my account is paid up I want to freely use my sim card as I did before totalsport
if this is not done I will take this further as the consequenses of failing to claim was not disclosed during sales
