I have purchased sandals at East rand Malls Totalsport. When I got home it was one Size5 and one Size6. Took it back to Totalsport Mall@Carnival, because they are closer to me and this time of year the shops is extremely busy. However Mall@Carnival branch REFUSED to exchange the item. The manager said clearly to me its not their mistake or problem that its the wrong sizes. I personally don't feel its the customers mistake either. I am sure its the cashiers aswell as the workers in the sections responsibility to make sure that shoe sizes match. I the customer must take my personal time driving out to other branches and pay for my petrol, because of incompetency. The manager at Mall@Carnival was extremely rude. She also said that even though its a franchise, they cannot be held responsible for another branches mistake. As a loyal and regular customer I will never purchase any item from any Totalsport in the future. Not even if its on sale. I will also close my account once its paid up.
