Cash Converters Southern Africa
Publicly Searched

On the 13 December whilst I was at the Parow Centre I decided to go to Cash Crusaders to look around and browse. I was not looking for something in particular. I opened my backpack to take out my wallet because I came across a CD/DVD storage rack that i wanted to purchase. I then decided against it and put my wallet back imy bag back in front of the security.

On my way out the security stopped me and asked me to open my bag in the entrance of the shop where everyone could see. I opened my bag and let him look in it because i didn't want any hassles.

I feel violated and embarrassed. I feel that if they saw me or suspected me of they could at least called me aside or somewhere private/less public to look in my bag.

I know my rights and its been violated. I have never anything in my life and i would be dammed if Cash Crusaders is the first place I from.

If this is the case the should invest in a bag counter where the customers can leave their bags.

I would think twice before entering this store again.
